Should posts be utlised in locations above 5m from ground level and/ or in areas of high wind loading all installationsshould be verified by a structural engineer.
Posts can be fixed to timber, concrete and steel on decking, roof terraces, mariners stairwells as swimming pool fencing and in many other locations. Our stainless steel posts can also be grouted into concrete.

Posts to be spaced at 500mm centres with a maximum glass overhang of 270mm.
Glass
Glass is 12mm clear toughened with arrised and polished edges.
Glass max height 1100mm but this may increase dependent on local wind loadings if verified by a structural engineer.
Glass may be any length provided post spacing does not exceed 500mm and the glass overhang 270mm.
Glass is available with a low maintenance coating, tinted or patterned.

2No 1m long galvanised support straps for the top fixings
2No 500mm long galvanised support straps for the bottom fixings
4No 1.5mm x 110mm x 46mm Neoprene Pads for side packing
2No 10mm x 18mm x 46mm Neoprene Pads for glass support
4No 1.5mm x 18mm x 46mm Neoprene Pads for glass support fine adjustment
Should Glass Incorporated Ltd•s standard installation fixings and straps not be fully adopted then the installation shouldbe verified by a structural engineer.
